Born in Cork Ireland, Matt has made quite an impact on International GT Racing in recent years winning the Blancpain Endurance Series in 2015 and the European Le Mans Series in 2013. He is also the only Irishman to stand on the Le Mans 24hr podium. As well as this Matt has competed successfully in championships ranging from the FIA World Endurance Championship to the GT Asia Championship as well as racing closer to home in the British GT Championship. In the last five years he’s never competed in less than 30 races a year, all in a Ferrari. in 2017 raced in 7 different series across the globe and 2021 marks 10 consecutive starts at the prestigious 24h of Le Mans.
Matt works closely in testing and developments with the Italian marque’s GT development partner and constructor, Michelotto Automobili.
